EL GUAPO'S LAVA HIPS
Ingredients:
2 parts Shpila Vodka
0.5 parts PF Dry Curacao
0.5 parts Koval Rose Hip
1 tbsp Strawberry Bathtub Gin Jam
0.75 parts lime juice
3 dashes El Guapo Cucumber Lavender Bitters
Add all to a shaker and shake hard over ice. In a double old fashioned glass add ice cone and strain cocktail in.
Garnish with lime slices in the drink and a flaming half shell.

EL GUAPO'S SOUTHERN SUMMER
Ingredients:
1.5 parts Cathead Honeysuckle Vodka
0.75 parts Lemon Juice
0.75 parts Simple Syrup
4 dashes El Guapo Cucumber Lavender Bitters
Shake over ice in cocktail shaker. Strain into a flute.
Top with dry sparkling wine. Garnish with a long lemon twist.

EL GUAPO'S NOLA-HANI
Ingredients:
1.5 parts Louisiana light rum
1 part Benedictine
0.5 parts lemon juice
3 dashes El Guapo Cucumber Lavender Bitters
Add all into a shaker with cracked ice. Shake hard and pour unstrained into glass.
Garnish with lemon and cherry.

EL GUAPO'S IMPROVED PIMM'S CUP
Ingredients:
2 parts Pimm's
0.75 parts Hendricks Gin
0.75 parts lemon juice
0.75 parts simple syrup
3 dashes El Guapo Cucumber Lavender Bitters
club soda to top off
1 long strip of cucumber skin
fresh seasonal fruit, such as berries, oranges, apples, peaches, & melons
1 sprig of mint
Add ice to serving glass and add ingredients then top with club soda. Roll the drink by pouring back and forth into the serving glass and a shaker tin a couple of times.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of cucumber.

STEPH'S SOUR
Ingredients:
1 1/2 parts Koval Rye
3/4 part Koval Chrysanthemum & Honey Liqueur
3/4 part lemon juice - freshly squeezed
1/2 part simple syrup - 1:1
1 barspoon egg white
2-3 dashes El Guapo Cucumber Lavender Bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and dry shake to emulsify the egg white. Add ice and shake well.
Strain into rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon slice and a rinsed Luxardo cherry.

Add El Guapo's Cucumber Lavender Bitters to your Gin & Tonic or Vodka & Tonic
For something sublime - try it with El Guapo Tonic Syrup
Ingredients:
1.5 parts Gin or Vodka
3 parts club soda or sparkling mineral water
0.25 parts El Guapo Tonic Syrup
Stir in a glass with ice.
Add a lemon or lime wedge, a citrus peel or a cucumber slice.
Top with several dashes of El Guapo Cucumber Lavender Bitters.
