So simple to prepare - just add rum or vodka!

Ingredients: carbonated water, sweetened with (cane sugar and water), clarified lime juice from concentrate, natural flavour (lime, spearmint, and other natural flavour), ascorbic acid.
Suggestion: Make blue ice for your Mojito with Wild Hibiscus' Blure or Blue Butterfly Pea Flower Tea and watch the colour show. The ice will change colours - typically from blue to purple due to the reaction with citrus.
Holiday Cranberry Mojito
Yield: 1 cocktail
White Rum - 2 oz
Powell & Mahoney Sparkling Mojito - 4 oz (1/3 can)
Rosemary Simple Syrup - 3/4 oz (How to make: Bring 12 fl oz P&M Simple Syrup to a boil over medium-high heat. Add 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary and remove from heat. Let cool, then strain.)
Cranberries - 8
Mint Leaves - 6
Lime Wedges - 2
In a shaker, gently muddle the cranberries, mint, limes, and simple syrup.
Add the rum and shake with a few pieces of ice just until incorporated.
Dump into a glass and then fill the glass with crushed ice.
Top with P&M Sparkling Mojito and garnish with a sprig of mint and a sprig of rosemary. Serve with a straw.
Sparkling Green Apple Mojito
Yield: 2 cocktails
Rum - 2 oz
Elderflower Liqueur - 1 oz
Powell & Mahoney Sparkling Mojito - 1 can
Lime Juice - 1 lime
Mint - 6 leaves
Green Apple - 1/2 of apple diced
In a shaker, muddle together the diced green apple, lime juice, mint leaves, rum and elderflower liqueur.
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously. Then strain the liquid into two glasses with fresh ice. Top with Powell & Mahoney Sparkling Mojito.
Garnish with sliced green apples and fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
