Dalle Cucine di Livio Pesle - Chimichurri Wine Jelly (without alcohol)
Inspired by the well known Aregentinian sauce, this jelly is obtained by cooking a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, dry herbs and fresh garlic. The herbs used are mainly parsley and oregano. A chilli sauce is added at the end to give the right sharp taste - making this condiment a choice BBQ jelly.
PAIRING: BBQ'd Meats, and Roasted Meats.
Ingredients: dealcolized wine 55%, cane sugar, apple pectin, natural flavours.
