Dalle Cucine di Livio Pesle - Verduzzo Wine Jelly (without alcohol)

Traditional Verduzzo Friulano, a typical dessert wine, is used to pair with strong and tasty cheese like Gorgonzola or aged traditional Italian Montasio. This jelly is produced by cooking old Verduzzo Friulano that has been aged in wood barrels, giving it a nice dark yellow colour. The warm wine taste remains intact even though all the alcohol has been evaporated.

PAIRING: Blue Cheese, Roquefort, Stilton Cheese.

Ingredients: dealcoholized wine 55%, cane sugar, apple pectin, natural flavours.
