How do I see your wholesale price list?
After you fill out the Wholesale Account Application at the bottom of this page, you can send us a quick email with the items you are interested in; or simply call us for the info; or create a wish list under your company name with the items you are interested in. We will then respond with the necessary info.
Are the prices shown on your website wholesale prices?
No, those are retail prices.
Are your prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes.
How do I know that the items I'm ordering are fresh?
Best Before dates are shown on the invoice for your approval.
Do you offer readymade gift baskets?
Not at this time.

How do I place an order?

Do you have a minimum order dollar amount?
$400
Do you split cases?
Depending on the product, it may be possible.
What happens after I place my order?
An invoice will be generated for payment, your payment will be processed and your order will be shipped and tracked.
What happens if there's a problem with my order?
Please contact us and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Do you offer 30/60 day payment terms?
No, we do not.

How much will the shipping costs be?
Ahh, the shipping cost question. We shop the shipping costs for each order. Sure, it’s not the quickest process but it enables us to charge the accurate cost vs undercharging or overcharging. This is one of the main reasons we do not have automatic checkout.

How quickly is my order filled and shipped?
Orders are shipped in order of being received, payment received, and availability of stock. Generally, orders are shipped within 24 – 48 hours, Monday to Friday.
