How to Order

Welcome to Samora's and thank you for your interest in our fine gourmet products! Our website is more brochure and less e-commerce. After we receive your order we will contact you to make shipping arrangements and to process your payment.

Here's how to order on our website


1. Browse products and add things to your cart.

When you're ready...


2. Check Out - as a guest or register an account:

a. Enter your billing and shipping details

b. Select your preferred Shipping option. Chose between pickup at our location in Concord Ontario or have us ship it anywhere within Canada.


3. Confirm your order:

Please note, you can edit your order at any time prior to making your payment. We know that shipping costs can make a difference to you and we are happy to oblige by adjusting your order to suit your preferences.


4. Payment: 

Use the message box to tell us your preferred method of payment. Your options are Interac etransfer, Visa or Mastercard.


5. What happens next:

Once we receive your order, we will contact you to:

a. make arrangements for curbside pickup at our location in Concord, Ontario, or

b. to provide you with a quote for cost effective shipping across Canada 

c. and to assist you in completing your payment.


Orders are processed promptly and great care is given to how your items are packaged for safe shipping. 

Normally we will be in touch within an hour or so after receiving your order however depending on the day and time of your order, you will be guaranteed a reply within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Orders received after 2pm on Fridays are usually not processed until the following Monday.
