Do you have a storefront?
No, we do not. Place your order online and pickup curbside or have your order shipped to you.

I’m ordering a gift. Do you offer gift packaging to make it special?
We can. Please contact us to make arrangements.

I’m ordering for myself? Is there a discount if I don’t need special gift packaging?
No. However, every now and again we have products that have dents or scrapes on the packaging that do not affect the quality of the product – such items can be offered at a discount. We tend to refer to these products as the Banged Products.

How do I know that the items I'm ordering are fresh?
When we send the invoice with the shipping cost, the “Best Before” dates will be listed in the Comments Section of the invoice.


ORDERING

How do I place an order with Samora's Fine Foods online?
Here's How to Order 

I have a large order and need to ship to multiple addresses. Can you help me do this?
Enter each order separately with you as the billing address and the ship to as another. This would need to be done for each "ship to" address to mitigate any errors or confusion.

How do I find the status of my order?
When your order is shipped, we place your email address in the courier portal along with your order# as the reference. As such, you should receive notification from the courier. Of course, you can contact us by phone or email and we would be happy to track it for you.

Can I cancel an order?
Of course. It must be done prior to it being shipped.


PAYMENT

Your site doesn't allow me to pay for my order online. How do I provide payment to complete my order?
Currently, we don’t have automatic checkout. A 2nd invoice with the shipping cost will be sent to you. Once received, cc details must be communicated by phone to us at 905-760-8188. Or, an e-transfer (preferred method) can be sent as well. Such info will be listed in the “Comments Section” of the 2nd invoice.

What methods of payment are accepted?
Visa, MC, and E-transfer (preferred).


SHIPPING OPTIONS

Do you offer Curbside Pick Up?
Yes, we do.  When we collect your payment, we will make arrangements with you to pick up your order. I dare say it’s better than a drive-thru – no waiting, no line-ups. Just drive to the front of our unit, back your car in, pop the trunk, call us and we will bring your order out and place it in the trunk.

Do you offer same day delivery?
It’s possible depending on when the order is received and where it is going. Contact us by phone or email for immediate assistance.

Do you ship across Canada?
Yes, we do.

Do you ship to the US and other parts of the world?
No, we do not.

Do you deliver to a PO Box?
No we do not.

Do you deliver on Saturdays?
This would be an exception but arrangements can be made. Contact us by phone or email for immediate assistance.

Do you guarantee on-time delivery?
No we do not, as we are not guaranteed by the couriers either.

How is shipping calculated?
Shipping costs are subject to courier company rates for the weight and dimensions of your package and the distance to your delivery address. With every order, we shop around for the best price and delivery service to get your package to you in the most time and cost efficient manner.
