Cipriani Red Wine Vinegar is made from a D.O.C. wine - la Barbera, from Piedmont Italian wine. It is produced using an old technique that allows for the aging in oak barrels after the acetification process. The result is a vinegar characterized by low acidity and a unique fragrance.
