Magical colour change! Add half a dropper full to a glass of water. Squeeze in lemon juice, mix and watch the instant colour change from blue to purple.
Add a few drops to each cube in a tray, add water, and freeze. Blue ice cubes! As the ice cubes melt, they will change the colour of your cocktail depending on the pH of the other ingredients. In sparkling wine, a few drops will turn the wine a delicate lavender colour. A few drops around a green salad, b'Lure will react to the vinaigrette for an added visual.
